Walking through the forest is spiritually healing for me. The colours dance in the breeze. I love the smells of nuts, petals, musk and that hint of decay in the earth. The clatter of the rustling leaves, the crunch of them under foot and the songs of the birds calling to their mates all heal my inner self by inviting me to be among them.
